ESSENTIAL : All of the stripped surfaces must be protected by means of the approved electrolytic rezincing process (see the relevant operation).

ESSENTIAL : Observe the elementary rules of hygiene and safety (wear a face mask to protect against fumes and vapour - work in a well ventilated space).

Disconnect the battery.

Replacement :

• Front wing inner panel assembly (left and right hand)(see the relevant operation)
• Front bulkhead crossmember assembly (see the relevant operation)

Removing - refitting :

• Battery
• windscreen
• Dashboard
• Front carpet
• Bonnet
• Front wings (left and right hand)
• front doors (left and right hand)
• The screen washer reservoir
• Front windscreen wiper mechanism
• Heating unit

Release the wiring harnesses.
