ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations.

1. Removing

CAUTION : If removing the spare wheel winch described below, replace it with the new spare wheel winch described in the chapter on refitting.

Put the vehicle on a ramp.
Open the rear right door.
Remove the spare wheel (See : The vehicle’s documentation).

• The nuts (1)
• The securing bolt (2)
• The spare wheel (3) winch mechanism
