Refit :

• The ABS/ESP ECU (2) (on the hydraulic valve block (3))
• The bolts (1)

Pre-tighten to 1,75 ± 0,25 N.m.
Tighten to 3 ± 0,3 N.m.

Refit : The ABS/ESP hydraulic block.

CAUTION : Perform the operations to be carried out following reconnection of the battery.

Reconnect the battery.

Bleed the brake system.

3.1. ESP ECU

Connect the diagnostic tool to the vehicle's diagnostic socket.

Carry out an global test.

Start communication by ECU.

To calibrate the steering wheel angle sensor, go to the replacement parts menu, longitudinal acceleration sensor, calibration of the longitudinal acceleration sensor.

To calibrate the longitudinal acceleration sensor, go to the replacement parts menu, switch module at the steering whee calibration of the steering wheel angle sensor (CAV).

Carry out :

• Perform a road test
• Reading of the fault codes
