4. Verification

CAUTION : Mark the direction of fitting of the accessories drive belts if they are to be reused.

CAUTION : Always make sure that the ancillary drive belts are correctly positioned in the grooves of the various ancillary drive pulleys.

Refit the accessories drive belts.

1. Turn the power steering pump pulley; Using a spanner ( as "c") (In the direction of the arrow ).
2. Guide the accessories drive pulley by hand.
3. Maintain the effort ( as "c") (In the direction of the arrow ).
4. Refit the fixing screws (1).
5. Tighten the fixing bolts (1), (2) to the correct torque.
6. Remove the spanner ( as "c").
7. Remove the tools [0198-P], [0198-E].

Refit the starter.

4. Verification

Remove one accessories drive pulley fixing bolt. Set the gearbox in neutral.

8. Fit the tool [0198-M1].
9. Secure the tool [0198-M1]; Using the screws [0198-M2].
10. Fit the tool [0198-M3].
11. Tighten the bolt [0198-M4].
12. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise; Check that the accessories drive pulley is not warped.
13. Engage 1st gear.
14. Remove the tools [0198].
