4. Re-assembling

Remove :

  • The bolts (56)
  • The upper frame (55)
  • The lower frame (57)

4. Re-assembling

ESSENTIAL : Always replace the damaged fixings.

Carry out the re-trim operations in the reverse order to the stripping operations.

Tighten :

  • The nuts (5), (7) to 2 ± 0,4 daN.m
  • The bolts (16) to 2 ± 0,4 daN.m
  • The bolts (4), (6), (8), (11), (14), (27), (42) to 4,2 ± 0,8 daN.m
  • The bolts (54), (56) to 5,3 ± 0,7 daN.m
  • The nuts (12) to 4,3 ± 0,8 daN.m

Check all the equipment works.
