Prepare the mating edges.

Align the mating edges and protect them with a weldable primer.

Present the component for adjustment.

Check the fits and clearances (see the relevant operation).

7. Welding

Weld with plug welds.

Grind the plug welds.

Weld with electric spot welds.

8. Protection

Paint then spray into the hollow sections, product index C5, in the repair zone (see the relevant operation).

9. Reinitialisation

Reconnect the battery.
