Align the mating edges and protect them with a weldable primer.

6. Adjustment

Fit the inflating insert .
Present the elements, allowing for adjustment.
Check the fits and clearances (see the relevant operation).

7. Welding

Weld using successive beads (MIG or MAG).
Grind the welds.

Weld with MIG or MAG spot welds.
Grind the spot welds.
