3. Refitting (page 2 of 2)

• The low pressure pipe (at "a")
• The high pressure pipe union (9); Tighten to 2,7 ± 0,2 daN.m

Refit :

• The (8) bolt; Tighten to 2 ± 0,2 daN.m
• The (10) bolt; Tighten to 2,2 ± 0,2 daN.m

Connect the power steering regulated electrovalve connector (if necessary).
Position the hub carrier lower ball joint (on each side).
Refit (on each side) :

• The 3 bolts (4); Tighten to 11,5 ± 0,4 daN.m
• The silentblock (7)
• The washer (6)
• The nut (5)

Couple up the steering ball-joint (2) (on each side).
Refit the nut ( 1); Tighten to 8 ± 0,7 daN.m (on each side).
Fit the wheels.

Return the vehicle to its wheels.

Tighten (on each side) :

• The nut (3) to 5,6 ± 0,5 daN.m
• The nut (5) to 5,6 ± 0,5 daN.m

Tighten the wheel bolts (depending on the version) :

• 15 inch wheels : 16 ± 2,2 daNm
• 16 inch wheels : 18 ± 2,4 daNm

Reconnect the battery negative terminal.
Fill and bleed the power steering system (see the relevant operation).
