A blue steering wheel with the central trim removed, exposing internal components and wiring. Callout lines point to a central nut labeled (3) and the outer rim labeled (4).

Unscrew nut (3).

Detach the steering wheel trim (4).

Remove :

  • The nut (3)
  • The steering wheel (4)

2. Refitting

Refit :

  • The steering wheel (4)
  • The nut (3); Tighten to 5 ± 1 daN.m
  • The cover (2)

Reconnect the connector "a".

Refit the driver's airbag (1) (see the relevant operation).

Reconnect the battery.
