3. Refitting

CAUTION : Risk of damaging the ball joint of the rod (1).

Proceed as follows :

• Immobilise the tail of the ball joint; Using tool [2]
• Remove the nut (2); Using tool [1]
• Disengage the rod (1)

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Risk of damaging the ball joint of the rod (1).

Proceed as follows :

• Engage : The push rod (1)
• Engage : The nut (2) (new) (without tightening)
• Immobilise the tail of the ball joint; Using tool [2]
• Tighten the nut (2); Tighten to the specified torque; Refer to the procedure : Tightening torques (Front suspension)
