3. Refitting

Slacken the 3 screws (8) of the ball-pin casing.
Uncouple the front pivot ball-joint (9); Using tool [1].
Remove the bolts (8).
Move aside the front pivot .
Remove the front hub carrier ball-joint (9).

3. Refitting

ESSENTIAL : Always fit new Nylstop nuts.

Refit the front pivot ball-joint (9) on the arm .
Position the front pivot .
Fit the bolts (8).
Tighten :

• The 3 bolts (8) to 11,5 ± 0,4 daN.m
• The nut (7) to 15 ± 0,5 daN.m

Couple up the steering ball-joint (6).
Refit the nut (5); Tighten to 8 ± 0,7 daN.m.
Refit :

• The silentblock (4)
• The washer (3)
• The nut (1)

Fit the wheels.
Return the vehicle to its wheels.
Tighten the nuts (1) and (2) to 5,6 ± 0,5 m.daN.
Tighten the wheel bolts.
