REMOVING-REFITTING CYLINDER HEAD

Before removing the cylinder head, drain the engine oil and coolant.

Operation sequence

• Remove the timing belt (see procedure on page 17);
• disconnect the leads, unscrew the retaining screw and remove the battery,

• unscrew the bolts and remove the guard;

• unscrew the bolts and turn the battery mount;
