REMOVING-REFITTING

• Raise the bonnet lid, then release the windscreen washer pipe from the retaining bands;
• disconnect the windscreen washer pipe from the jets, on the bonnet lid;

• undo the bolts fixing the hinges to the bonnet lid;
• remove the bonnet lid, with the help of a second operator;
• after refitting, tighten the bolts fixing the hinges to the bonnet lid to torque.

Adjusting position of bonnet lid

• Loosen the bolts fixing the hinges, then adjust the position of the bonnet lid;

NOTE. The arrows indicate the possible movements.

• when the adjustment has been carried out, tighten the hinge fixing bolts to the recommended torque.
