Removing refitting exhaust pipe

REMOVING REFITTING EXHAUST PIPE

1. Position the vehicle on a lift and re move the complete right wheel arch
2. Undo the bolt (1) fixing the exhaust pipe to the bodyshell undo the bolt (2) fixing the exhaust pipe to the heater unit then remove the actual exhaust pipe

REMOVING REFITTING COOLANT SUP PLY AND RETURN PIPES TO ADDI TIONAL HEATER

3. Disconnect the coolant pipes from the heater unit removing the bands (1) dis connect the water supply pipe from the band (2) on the heat exchanger discon nect the return pipe from the retaining spring (3) on the thermostat casing open the band (4) and remove the two supply and return pipes

When refitting top up and bleed the engine cooling system

REMOVING REFITTING ADDITIONAL HEATER CABLE LOOM

Disconnect the negative control unit termi nal

3. Disconnect the electrical connection (1) from the metering pump the connections (2) and (3) from the heater electronic con trol unit disconnect the injection/heater wiring coupling (4) open the bands (5) and then remove the heater wiring
