Cut templates from template sheet (See Figures 34 and 36 in the center of this Technical Service Bulletin) and position template for center
punching holes on tailgate inner panel (Figure 32, View 2).
NOTE:
Prior to center punching holes, the technician can eyeball center punch with glass bracket retainer nuts to assure hole location is directly
aligned.
6.
Cover glass with protective cover prior to drilling (4) holes in tailgate inner panel.
