1.
Measure temperature sender resistance (at sender), Figure 8. If the resistance is greater than 12.0 ohms, replace the warning module.
2.
Measure the oil sender resistance (at sender), Figure 8. If the resistance is less than 51.0 ohms, replace the warning module.
NOTE:
Refer to the appropriate Shop Manual and Figures 9 and 10 for the removal and installation of the module.
