Using Special Tool 412-098, hold the A/C clutch plate and reinstall the A/C clutch nut. Tighten to 13 lb-ft (18 N.m).
18.
Measure and adjust the clutch air gap to 0.010 - 0.024" (0.254 - 0.610 mm), by adding or removing A/C clutch disc and hub spacers.
19.
Install FEAD Belt.
20.
Install engine cooling fan.
21.
Install engine cooling fan retainer tighten to 89 lb-in (10 N.m).
22.
Connect engine cooling fan electrical connector.
23.
Reposition power steering reservoir and install retainer and tighten 9 lb-ft (12 N.m).
24.
Position back the degas bottle install retainer and tighten to 89 lb-in (10 N.m).
25.
Connect overflow hose to degas bottle.
26.
Connect the negative battery cable.
