23. Disconnect the evaporator inlet fitting.

Remove the evaporator inlet fitting bracket screw.

Disconnect the evaporator inlet fitting.

Discard the O-ring seal.

To install, tighten the fitting to 18 Nm (13 lb-ft).

To install, tighten the screw to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).
24. Remove the screws and the evaporator housing support bracket.
25. Remove the evaporator core cover.

Remove the 5 screws.

Remove the 4 screws.

Remove the evaporator core cover.
26. Remove the evaporator core.
27. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install a new gasket seal and new O-ring seals.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
28. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
