Ford E 350 workshop manuals
Ford E 350 at a glance: 17 manuals, covering 1982 to 2008 models, with engines from 4.6 to 7.5 litres.
About the E-350
The E-350 is the one-ton Econoline, the heaviest of the regular vans and the basis for many ambulances, minibuses and box-body trucks built on its cutaway chassis. For 1999 the Econoline name changed to E-Series, and after 2014 the E-350 and E-450 carried on only as cutaway and stripped chassis while the Transit replaced the vans.
What these manuals cover
- 1982–1996: the 4.9-litre straight-six, the 5.8 and 7.5-litre V8s, and the 7.3 diesel. The diesel was turbocharged in 1993 and replaced by the 7.3 Power Stroke for 1995.
- 1997–2008: the 4.6 and 5.4-litre V8s, the 6.8-litre V10 and the 7.3 Power Stroke, which gave way to the 6.0-litre Power Stroke for 2004. The van's 6.0 was detuned compared with the pickups, because the van's engine bay has less airflow.
Tip: the diesels and the V10 are shared with the F-350 of the same years, which is a good second reference for engine work.
