Wheel Studs - Semi-Floating Axle
NOTE: Dana 60 axle shown, others similar.
Removal
NOTICE: Never use a hammer to remove the wheel stud or damage to the axle flange, wheel bearing or hub bearing can occur.
All semi-floating axles
1. Remove the brake caliper anchor plate.
2. Index-mark and remove the brake disc.
Dana 60 semi-floating axles
3. Remove the parking brake shoe adjusting screw spring.
4. Remove the parking brake shoe adjusting screw.
