Align the rear hatch scuff plate and push in, fastening the retainers.

Install the pin-type retainers.

4. Install the rear hatch weather-stripping.

5. Install the spacer onto the rear safety belt guide bolt.

6. Install the rear safety belt guide.

Position the safety belt guide.

Using the special tool, install the bolt.

NOTE:  Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted prior to installation.

7. Install the rear safety belt guide cover.

NOTE:  If the safety belt guide cover is damaged or if it does not remain in position, install a new cover.
