Air Door Cable: Adjustments
Temperature Control Cable

1. Move the temperature control lever to the COLD position on the climate control assembly.
2. To secure the heater air temperature control valve lever in the proper position insert heater control locator pin through the heater air temperature

control valve lever locator pin slot to the heater case locator pin boss opening.

NOTE:  The heater air temperature control valve lever is located on the left side of the heater.

3. Disconnect the cable from the retaining clip next to the heater air temperature control valve lever.
4. Connect the cable to the retaining clip.
5. Remove the heater control locator pin.
6. Verify that the temperature control lever moves its full stroke.
