Wide Open Throttle (WOT) A/C Relay
A/C TIME DELAY AND WOT CUTOUT
The air-conditioning system will not operate:

When starting the engine. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) delays energizing the A/C relay until after the engine has started.

When the vehicle is operated at Wide Open Throttle, (WOT) the PCM de-energizes the A/C relay.
