Secure the two rivets. See Figure 7.

Center punch the five (5) remaining rivet locations. See Figure 7.
23.
Drill 5 mm (3/16-inch) holes in the five rivet locations.
24.
Following the numbered sequence shown in Figure 8, install the remaining five (5) rivets.
