NOTE:

Make sure the stainless steel shoe slippers are correctly positioned. Replace if worn or damaged.

When installed, the locator notch on the brake shoes and linings will be located at the upper end of the rear disc brake caliper.

Install the rear wheel brake hose.
^ Use new copper washers, connect the brake hose and install the caliper flow bolt.

Bleed the disc brake caliper.

Clean the wheel hub mounting surface.
WARNING: ALWAYS REMOVE ANY CORROSION, DIRT OR FOREIGN MATERIAL PRESENT ON THE MOUNTING
SURFACES OF THE WHEEL OR THE SURFACE OF THE WHEEL HUB, BRAKE DRUM OR DISC BRAKE ROTOR THAT
CONTACTS THE WHEEL. INSTALLING WHEELS WITHOUT PROPER METAL TO METAL CONTACT AT THE WHEEL
MOUNTING SURFACES CAN CAUSE THE LUG NUTS TO LOOSEN AND COME OFF WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION,
CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL.
Installing Wheel/Tire Assembly

Install the wheel and tire assembly.
1. Position the wheel and tire assembly.
2. Install the lug nuts and snug to fully seat wheel and tire assembly; lower the vehicle.
3. Tighten the lug nuts.
4. Install the center cap.
NOTE: If equipped with air suspension, reactivate the system by turning on the air suspension switch.

Verify proper brake operation.
