8. Remove the upper instrument panel support bolts.
9. Remove the exterior cowl grille.
10. Remove the instrument panel support bolt.
11. Remove the two instrument panel side finish panels.
NOTE: RH shown LH similar.
12. Lower the glove compartment.
13. Loosen halfway the LH instrument panel side support bolts.
