Position the camshaft phaser sprocket assembly in the timing chain, aligning the location marks.
5. CAUTION: Only use hand tools to install the camshaft phaser sprocket assembly or damage may occur to the camshaft or camshaft phaser unit.
Install a new bolt and washer and tighten the bolt in two stages:

Stage 1: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).

Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
Item 1: Camshaft Roller Followers Installation Note
1. NOTE: The roller followers must be installed in their original positions.
Using the special tool, install the roller followers.
