Item 5: Shifter Bezel Removal Note
1. Disconnect the overdrive cancel button electrical connector, release the shifter bezel locking tabs and remove the shifter bezel.
Item 6: Overdrive Cancel Button Removal Note
1. Remove the overdrive cancel button.
Item 14: Shifter Assembly Removal Note
1. Separate the top half and bottom half of the shifter assembly.
Item 15: Brake Shift Interlock Actuator Removal Note
1. Remove the two screws retaining the actuator.
