Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Loosen Marmon clamp at turbocharger wastegate housing.
2. Raise vehicle.
3. Remove bolts retaining exhaust charge pipe to Intermediate exhaust pipe. remove exhaust charge pipe.
4. Remove transmission. Remove clutch assembly.
Flywheel Assembly
5. Remove nine flywheel mounting bolts and spacer and remove flywheel.
Rear Engine Cover Assembly
6. Remove bolts attaching rear engine cover to the engine block. Remove rear cover and gasket.
NOTE: Support rear cover.
