About the F-450 4WD
The four-wheel-drive F-450 is a Super Duty chassis cab, introduced with the range for 1999 for work trucks that need extra traction. From 2008 the F-450 was also sold as a pickup. It shares its cab and engines with the F-350 and F-550.
