Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in the procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Torque: 38 Nm

  1. Torque: 17 Nm

  1. Torque: 50 Nm

  1. Torque: 50 Nm

  1. Torque: 24 Nm

  1. Torque: 17 Nm

  1. Torque: 17 Nm

Installation
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:The component must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.
    Material: Sealant - Loctite 510
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Fill the engine with
    Material: Engine Oil - 5W-30
  1. Refer to: Specifications (303-01 Engine - 2.5L Duratec (VI5), Specifications).
