Removal and Installation

  1. Evacuate the air conditioning (A/C) system.
    For additional information, refer to: Klimaanlage entleeren, evakuieren und befüllen (412-00, General Procedures).
  1. Detach the accessory drive belt.
    For additional information, refer to: Antriebsriemen - Zusatzaggregate - 2.0L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel (303-05, Removal and Installation).

3. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s).

CAUTION:
CAUTION:Cap the refrigerant lines and the A/C compressor to prevent dirt ingress.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
