Detach the parking brake cable from the brake caliper. - Pull back the parking brake lever.
- Disconnect the cable from the parking brake lever.
- Remove the conduit retaining clip.
- Detach the cable from the brake caliper.

Loosen the brake hose to caliper union. - Using a suitable brake hose clamp, clamp the brake hose.
- Loosen the union.

Detach the brake caliper from the brake anchor plate. | | -
CAUTION:Cap the brake hose to prevent fluid loss or dirt ingress. Disconnect the caliper from the brake hose. | Installation | -
Install the anchor plate. | | -
Install the brake pads. - Apply high temperature grease to the brake pad contact points.

NOTE:Do not fully tighten the brake hose union at this stage. Connect the caliper to the brake hose. | | -
CAUTION:When the piston is retracted into the housing, brake fluid will be displaced into the brake fluid reservoir. Using the special tool, retract the brake caliper piston. | | -
NOTE:Make sure the brake pad springs are correctly located in the caliper. Install the brake caliper. | | -
Tighten the brake hose to caliper union. - Tighten the union.
- Remove the clamp.

Attach the parking brake cable. - Position the cable and conduit.
- Install the cable retaining clip.
- Pull back the parking brake lever.
- Attach the cable to the parking brake lever.
