Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair
Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Switch
Material
Removal and Installation
All vehicles
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. If equipped, remove the 7 screws and the underbody cover.
Vehicles equipped with manual transaxle
3. Remove the 2 bolts and position the clutch slave cylinder aside.

To install, tighten to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
All vehicles
4. Disconnect the oil pressure sender electrical connector.
5. Remove the oil pressure sender.

To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Apply pipe sealant with Teflon to the oil pressure sender threads.
