Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the air bag sliding contact. For additional information, refer to Section  501-20 Supplemental Restraint System.

  1. Disconnect the turn signal electrical connector.

  1. Disconnect the automatic speed control electrical connector.

  1. Disconnect the windshield wiper electrical connector.

  1. Disconnect the windshield washer electrical connector.

  1. Remove the steering column multifunction switch.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
