Removal and Installation

Removal
  1. Remove the tool stowage cover and open the stowage pocket cover.

  1. Disconnect the video cassette player electrical connectors.

  1. Remove the video cassette player front retaining screw.

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Support the video cassette player while removing the screws.
    Remove the video cassette player rear retaining screws.

  1. Remove the video cassette player.

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Note the position of the insulators between the bracket and the video cassette player.
    Remove the front retaining bracket from the video cassette player.

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Note the position of the insulators between the bracket and the video cassette player.
    Remove the rear retaining bracket from the video cassette player.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure the insulators are installed between the brackets and the video cassette player.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
