Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Raise the hood.

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure that the windshield wiper motor is in the park position.
    Remove the windshield wiper arms.

  1. Remove the cowl panel grille weatherstrip.

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Take care not to damage the windshield washer jet hoses and the windshield heated washer jet wiring harness (if equipped).
    Detach the cowl panel grille from the windshield.

  1. Detach the windshield heated washer jet electrical connector from the cowl panel grille bracket (if equipped).

  1. Detach the windshield washer jet hoses and the windshield heated washer jet wiring harness (if equipped) from the cowl panel grille.

  1. Remove the windshield washer jet assembly.
    • Remove the retaining screws.
  1. Remove the cowl panel grille.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
