NOTE:The roof opening panel must be in the closed position for alignment. Loosen the roof opening panel retaining screws on both sides.

Place a suitable 1.0 - 1.2 mm thick, 150 mm long plastic spacer between the rear edge of the roof opening panel glass and the roof panel opening.

NOTE:Do not fully tighten the rear retaining screws at this stage. Adjust the rear edge of the roof opening panel glass. Push the rear edge up or down to give the correct alignment (flush to + 1 mm). Tighten the rear retaining screws.

Make sure that the roof opening panel glass is located centrally in the roof panel opening.

Adjust the front edge of the roof opening panel glass. Push the front edge up or down to give the correct alignment (flush to -1 mm). Tighten the front retaining screws.

Make sure that the roof opening panel glass is located centrally in the roof panel opening.

Tighten the rear and center retaining screws on both sides. Tighten the rear retaining screws. Tighten the center retaining screws.

NOTE:Remove the plastic spacer. Operate the roof opening panel and check the alignment.

Check the roof opening panel seal for wind noise and water leaks.
