General Procedures

NOTE:
NOTE:An incorrect initialization procedure does not affect any stored code.
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:After 20 seconds the system will exit the learning mode if the control module does not receive an initialization signal from the remote control transmitter. The system will also exit the learning mode if the ignition is switched on.
    Turn the ignition lock to position II four times within three seconds.
  1. Remove the ignition key. The control module will remain in the learning mode for 20 seconds.
  1. Depress the } button on the remote control transmitter whilst aiming it at the remote control sensor.
  1. When the LED on the transmitter illuminates, depress the {{ button on the remote control transmitter three times whilst the } button is still depressed.
  1. Release both the buttons on the transmitter.
  1. The system generates a random code and sends it to the control module. A successful initialization is acknowledged by the indicator LED flashing within the remote control transmitter.
