WARNING:When the battery negative lead has been disconnected wait at least two minutes before proceeding to avoid the possibility of accidentally deploying the air bag(s) and the pyrotechnic seat belt tensioners.
Disconnect the battery negative lead.
WARNING:When removed, the air bag module should be placed mechanism downwards in case of accidental operation of the air bag.
Remove the air bag module.
Remove the screws.
Raise the module and disconnect the multiplug and horn connections.
Centralize the steering wheel and lock in position.
