Removal and Installation

Removal

All Vehicles
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Right-hand drive vehicles
  1. Detach the right-hand side lower crash pad panel.
    1. Remove the retaining screws.
    1. Unclip the retaining clips and detach the panel.
Left-hand drive vehicles
  1. Remove the glove compartment.
All vehicles
  1. Remove the alternative fuel control module (AFCM) securing screw.

  1. Release the AFCM electrical connector retaining tangs.

  1. Remove the AFCM.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
