Removal and Installation

Removal

4-door
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Remove and discard the rear seat cushion retaining clips.
    Detach the rear seat cushion from the floor panel.
    1. Raise the front edge of the cushion to detach the retaining clips from the floor panel.
    1. Raise the rear edge of the cushion.
5-door and wagon
  1. Detach the rear seat cushion from the floor panel.
    1. Raise the rear edge of the cushion.
    1. Remove the retaining bolts.
All vehicles
  1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
    1. Disconnect the cushion heater mat wiring harness electrical connectors.
    1. Detach the cushion heater mat wiring harness retaining clips from the floor panel.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
