  1. Remove the timing belt.
    Refer to: Timing Belt (303-01C Engine - 1.8L Duratorq-TDCi (Kent) Diesel, Removal and Installation).

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Do not fully tighten the camshaft pulley retaining bolt at this stage.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
