33. install six bolts and nine stud bolts. Tighten in sequence shown to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft. lbs.). Tighten stud bolts and bolts number 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and
11 no more than four minutes aver applying
34. Install knock sensor harness assembly.
35. Install crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor into engine front cover and tighten retaining bolts to 8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lbs.).
36. Install four bolts retaining oil pan to engine front cover and tighten in sequence shown to 20 Nm (14 ft. lbs.), then rotate bolts in sequence 60°
clockwise.
NOTE: Silicone Gasket and Sealant F6AZ-19562-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSE-M4G323-A6 must be applied to crankshaft
keyway prior to installing crankshaft pulley.
37. Install crankshaft pulley using Crankshaft Damper Replacer T74P-6316-B.
38. Install crankshaft pulley retaining bolt and washer. Tighten in four steps.
a. Tighten to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).
b. Loosen one full turn 360°.
