Mustang Cobra V8-281 4.6L DOHC VIN V MFI (1997)
13. Remove upper intake manifold. Follow proper procedure.
14. Disconnect four engine wiring harness retaining clips from intake manifold studs.
15. Disconnect eight fuel-charging wiring connectors at fuel injectors and position fuel charging wiring (9D930) out of the way.
Intake Manifold Removal Sequence
16. Loosen and remove bolts and stud bolts retaining intake manifold to cylinder heads (6049) following the removal sequence.
17. Lift fuel charging wiring upward for intake manifold removal clearance.
