Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, General Procedures).

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Clean and inspect the gasket. The gasket is to be reused unless damaged.
    Torque: 10 Nm

  1. Refer to: Fuel Filter (310-01E Fuel Tank and Lines - 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel, Removal and Installation).

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Clean and inspect the gasket. The gasket is to be reused unless damaged.
    Torque:
    Stage 1:
    5 Nm
    Stage 2:
    9 Nm

  1. Torque: 6 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
