Brake fluid (Super Dot 4)ESD‐M6C57‐A

CAUTION:

Observe the safety precautions for handling brake fluid. Do not reuse used brake fluid.
1. Fill the reservoir.
   Raise the vehicle.

NOTE:

After bleeding, depress the clutch pedal ten times and check the operation of the system.
2. Bleed the clutch system.
• Remove the gaiter.
• Connect a proprietary bleed bottle to the bleed screw. Locate the bleed bottle at least 20 cm above the bleed screw.
• Open the bleed screw one turn and depress the clutch pedal repeatedly until bubble‐free fluid escapes, making sure at all times that the level of fluid in the reservoir is sufficient (5 mm above the ”max" mark).
• Tighten the bleed screw to 14 Nm, refit the gaiter.
• Fill the reservoir up to the ”max" mark.
