Pull the vacuum pump forward to align the bolt head with the keyhole slot. The pump can then drop from the bracket.

When reinstalling the pump on the bracket, tighten the bolts to 40-60 in.lbs. (4.5-6.8 N-m).
NOTE:
The screws holding the vacuum pump bracket to the block are special. They are 10 x 1-1/4 pitch standard screws. Use only these screws when
attaching the pump.
