Water condensate dripping from the bottom of the evaporator case onto the right front floor of the passenger compartment may be caused by a thin slot
type hole on the bottom of the evaporator case. The hole in the case is visible from the passenger compartment as shown in Figure 9.
If a slot type hole is found to exist as described, seal the hole with caulking cord, part number D9AZ-19560-A, or equivalent.
