Removal and Installation

Removal

All Vehicles
  1. Remove the heater core housing.
    For additional information, refer to Heater Core Housing in this section.
Vehicles without air conditioning
  1. Remove the heater core cover.
Vehicles with air conditioning
  1. Remove the heater core cover.
    1. Remove the coolant pipe support bracket retaining bolt.
    1. Remove the heater core cover retaining bolts.
All Vehicles
  1. Remove the heater core.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
